Stampin’ Up Coffee Cafe with a basic tip!

Hey y’all! Check this out!

Coffee Cafe Card Sept 2017

This is from the 2017-2018 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog! It’s one of my favorites. That’s tough to say because I have so many favorites this time around.

This Coffee Cafe set is just perfect for a happy hello to your coffee loving friend! The sentiments are made to “perk” up anyone! (Yep, pun intended!) It’s a photopolymer set and super fun to use. See it in my store here!

Now let’s make the card! Watch for the “Basics” technique!

We are using the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper that is part of the Coffee Break Suite! This paper See it in my store HERE! is so versatile. You can make a fun and funky card or one with a bit more sophisticated undertones. I love, love, love it!

*FUN FACT: Our Designer Series Papers ALWAYS offer color coordinations! The list of recommended colors will always be listed in the catalog description as well as on the paper pack itself, making your project a zillion times easier and more fun! If Stampin’ Up suggests a color, you can count on finding the EXACT color in embellishments, cardstock, ribbons and inks / markers! How cool is that?

I used Soft Suede card stock for the base of the card. It’s here in my store!

Added the Designer Series Paper to the front:

Here’s the BASICS tip! Add your ribbon by cutting a length (5 1/2″ for this card) and used tape to put it on the card. This ribbon is here on my store

Take another piece (about 4″) and make a knot on front. Trim the edges (you’ll see the finished on the final picture).

Cut all the pieces of your cup with the Coffee Cup framelits.  I used Very Vanilla Cardstock but you can use Whisper White. See it here! (See finished card for placement). Add Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back. Yep! They are in my store!

One ink! I used only Soft Suede to complete all my stamping. It’s part of the “easy” for this super cute card! It’s also here, in my store!
